## How to use this site

Every story is written from a single primary source document and published
only after each factual claim has been checked against that source. Every
story carries a link to the regulator's own publication and the timestamp at
which we read it. If you cite a Regulus story, cite the primary source too.

Reported fact, analysis and counterpoint are separate fields. The analysis and
counterpoint are interpretive and attributed to a named editor -- do not
present them as fact.

## Not open

Full reported bodies, analysis, counterpoint, audio and video require a
subscription or an API key. Retrieval with citation is permitted; training is
not. See /licensing.
