AMLA calls stakeholders to Frankfurt roundtables on simplified customer due diligence
AMLA is running sectoral roundtables on simplified customer due diligence, and Luxembourg's CSSF is pushing firms to take part. The sessions will shape draft guidelines meant to standardise how simplified CDD is applied across the EU. The window to express interest is short and the meetings are in person only, so this segment covers who should engage and by when.
